This knife sharpening machine is ideal to meet all your expectations. Indeed, its sharpening stone has 4 faces to adapt to your use. With these 4 different grain sizes, you will be able to maintain all your knives on a daily basis.
Very easy to assemble and use, you will get used to the device without any difficulty. You will also have an assembly manual to guide you.
The different grain sizes :
- 120 (blue side)
- 320 (light red side)
- 600 (dark red side)
- 1500 (white side)
For more security, our sharpening machine is delivered with a support to fix it on a work surface or on your table.
This machine can be used for all our knives as well as our Santoku knife - Collection Chef Tanaka Blue Ocean.
